Mission

GreenWorldGlimpse aims to provide high quality writing and ptohography intended to showcase natural beauty from different perspectives to its customers.

This blog is the result of needing an outlet during 2020 when the world shut down due to COVID-19. It’s a place to explore my own thoughts, feelings, and opinions in this wild universe we call life. My hope is that something will resonate with other readers and maybe we’ll feel just a little less alone. Through writing and photography I hope to engage with others and different persepectives of what it means to see beauty, and feel a range of emotions.

Since college I’ve had the opportunities to travel and explore new places, people, and cultures. The most unforgettabl experience was spending 8 weeks in Namibia in 2017. I had the honor of working with an environmental education organization and building modules on renewable energy for their solar powered SMART bus. It was seriously the adventure of a lifetime and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity. Prior to the trip I decided to purchase a decent camera to photograph everything. By doing so, I sparked a new joy in life and established a hobby: photography. I am self-taught and am exploring so mush more to do with my camera. I am thankful for my friends who help me on my learning path to becoming a better, more confident photographer.

In 2018 I moved to Florida to pursue a career at Universal Orlando Resort. My life changed for the better and I couldn’t be happier where I am now. Through hard work and consistent effort, I am growing as a leader every day. My management believes in my abilities and has acknowledged them on many occasions though recognition, as well as leadership training opportunities.

It hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows, but I’ve continued to heal. I am resilient. I am blessed. And above all I am grateful for everything I have in this short life.
