Sometimes you make a mistake because as humans, we aren’t perfect. And sometimes that mistake happens at work and results in disciplinary action. Though not severe it still acts as a wake up call to stay on top of your job responsibilities. I take my job very seriously and do my best everyday to ensure safe practices are followed. Being talked to about something I failed to follow is quite upsetting, but I am encouraging myself to see this as an opportunity for growth. Just because I did not do something right the first doesn’t mean I can’t correct myself if a future situation arises. Learning is a crucial part of any job and being able to take feedback will aid in developing into a strong leader. Thank you for the ability to grow, change, and adapt.
