Every year the Universal Entertainment Division recognizes outstanding team members with the Woody’s Awards. Peers nominate each other in different categories and it culminates in an awards ceremony. Many choose to dress up and then we all enjoy an evening of entertainment and food, while celebrating achievements.
Unfortunately, this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the awards ceremony was cancelled. So some of my coworkers decided to take to social media and show off their Woody’s Awards looks. I loved this idea and immediately started getting my self ready! I took a shower, did my makeup, painted my nails, and got dressed into a beautiful navy dress. Then I asked my boyfriend to take some pictures in the backyard. I orchestrated a spontaneous photo shoot! It was a lot of fun getting all dolled up and showing it off to my boyfriend. Plus the weather outside was perfect and the fresh air was beneficial. For ease I added the photos in a slide show because so many were taken.
I hope you all find fun things to fill these long days. Orchestrate your own photo shoot – make it fancy, casual, silly, whatever you feel comfortable doing! Or orchestrate a movie night and grab all the blankets and pillows to create the perfect setting for a night in. There are tons of things to do during this quarantine, all you have to do is think outside the box and maybe get a little silly!

He is pretty strong and I wanted a cute picture on his back. He proceeded to do squats in between photos.
